DSCR Loan Ohio

Counties Served: DSCR Loans Across Ohio

Ohio's 88 counties don't tax rental property the same way — effective property tax rates run from under 1% in rural counties to over 2.3% in parts of Cuyahoga and Montgomery, and that spread is large enough to move a real deal from cash-flowing to underwater on identical rent and price. A DSCR loan qualifies a borrower on the property's rent against its full monthly payment — taxes included — so the county a property sits in is not a footnote to the math. It's an input.

Every county below has its own page: county seat, population, effective tax rate, median home value and rent, a worked PITIA/DSCR example built on that county's own numbers, and links to every city and village inside it that carries its own page. Counties are grouped by Ohio's five standard regions (SERVE Ohio's official geographic-regions assignment).
